General Summary of PositionServes as a member of the Case Management Team and applies RN clinical expertise and medical appropriateness to care coordination and discharge planning. General Summary of PositionThe incumbent in this position is a manager that participates in and facilitates the clinical operations, human resources, communications, and fiscal activities of the unit. Responsible for the management of clinical activities of the unit, including but not limited to the use of organizational skills, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing patient care through the use of hospital and nursing standards.
